As Jack White's property manager, I screen all applicants thoroughly to find the very best tenants. This includes verifying employment, past landlords, references, credit reports and any court system records. Security deposits are required.

When you've been in the area as long as I have, you develop a large network of relationships that can really come in handy when renting a property. Some of our tenants move from one Mat-su Valley or an Anchorage Jack White property to another because they want to stay within our company.
